The dual wire whips spin independently around the bowl, creating triple whipping action. This allows you to whip as little as one egg white or up to a cup of meringue. The wire whips are designed to aerate mixtures, mash cooked potatoes, or shred cooked meats in seconds. The heavy-duty dough hook mimics hand kneading motions and kneads 100% of the dough every 4 rotations around the bowl. It can handle kneading as little as one loaf of bread or up to 14 1-pound loaves, with either white or whole grain flour.

The powerful belt-driven transmission delivers adequate torque to knead light or heavy loads without overheating. The mixer's base features four suction feet for stability and it offers 4 speeds with pulse. The 6.5-quart bowl locks in place and has a removable drive shaft for easy cleaning. The bowl, lid, pouring shield, and wire whips are dishwasher safe, while the dough hook is hand-wash only. The mixer also has convenient cord storage.

Additionally, many optional accessories and attachments are available to increase functionality, such as a blender, meat grinder, citrus juicer, cookie paddles, cake paddles, bowl scraper attachment, food processor, slicer/shredder, pasta maker, and more. It's important to note that the MUM6N10 model does not include the blender, although there is a space for it in the product box. The manual for both models includes blender images and instructions, even though a blender is not included with the MUM6N10 model.
